During the first week of the stay-at-home order I was refreshing the news and generally feeling down. Thankfully, by talking with Kathryn and writing my thoughts out I was able to detect my own malaise and form a plan.
For two weeks I tried to complete eleven different tasks, which kept me occupied and busy all day. It worked. After two weeks I feel better and I’m coming off the Eleven Point Strategy in order to focus on fewer things per day.
But I wanted to post the results of my two weeks of busy work.
Reading, dog walking, KmikeyM, talking to people, meditating, bike riding, exercising, tv watching, cooking, writing, and learning. It helped. I feel better.
